Contact
One address, read by a person.
There is no contact form and no newsletter. dishscale has no backend, so a form would mean handing your message to a third party — email goes straight to a person instead.
Worth writing about
- A number that looks wrong. This is the most useful mail the site can get. Say which ingredient and which units, and which source you checked against — every weight on the site cites where it came from, so a disagreement can be settled rather than argued.
- A missing ingredient. Nothing gets added without a published weight to back it, so a reference alongside the request moves it along considerably.
- Something broken. A page that will not scroll, a result that will not update, a layout that breaks on your phone. The device and browser help.
- Privacy. Questions about what the site collects are answered on the privacy page, and anything it does not cover can come here.
Who you are writing to
No team, no support desk, no ticket number — just me, and I read everything that arrives. Replies usually take a few days. If you've written to tell me a number is wrong, expect to hear back sooner than that; it's the only kind of email a converter site can genuinely be pleased to get.
